    • Built the DevOps practice from scratch — established CI/CD practices, automation frameworks and deployment standards
    • Jenkins pipeline modernization — migrated Freestyle jobs to declarative pipelines (5+ products); removed per-project pipeline duplication with a Groovy Shared Library and dynamic tag / branch selection through the Gitea API
    • CI/CD pipeline development — build, test and deployment automation for multiple customer environments with GitHub Actions workflows, including WAR packaging, database scripts and container image builds
    • Pipeline security and code quality — container / dependency security scanning with Trivy and Snyk, SonarQube quality gate integration, code signing, and secret scanning steps added to the CI flow
    • Containerization and orchestration — moved legacy applications to Docker, deployed with Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts, dual registry push to Harbor and Nexus; 40% reduction in resource usage
    • Application server infrastructure — WildFly HA cluster deployment (JGroups TCP/TCPPING) and a secure UBI-based production base image
    • Kafka infrastructure — set up a 3-node KRaft cluster and managed financial event topics
    • Server automation with Ansible — inventory-based configuration management, with application server operations integrated into the Jenkins pipeline
